Gîte for 10 people - 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms - located on the borders of Cantal and Lozère, 55 minutes from Puy-en-Velay. At 1165m altitude hot and sunny summer days, cool and restful nights. Winters can be very snowy. 10 minutes from the town of Saugues: outdoor activities, organic lake, collegiate church, fantastic museum of the beast of Gévaudan, Tour des Anglais, Celtic festival in August. Our cottage is located in an old farmhouse typical of Margeride. After 13 great years of management in "Chambres et Table d'hôtes" we have transformed the house into a gîte. The ground floor offers: - a beautiful living room with a small open fitted kitchen. large table for your meals - lounge area with flat screen TV for your evenings around the wood stove. - the Coquelicots bedroom (2 single beds) with Italian shower and raised WC - the laundry room (washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment) - a second WC. On the first floor, you will find the Framboise family room with 4 single beds and a bathroom with WC. The second floor has two bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (shower/WC). Jonquille room (2 single beds) and Countryside room (1 double bed and 1 single bed). SERVICES INCLUDED in the rental price of the cottage: - Bed linen (duvet cover or sheet) and towels are provided for the number of people listed on the rental contract. You will just have to make and unpack your beds. - Shower mat, hair dryer and liquid soap/bathroom - Wood for the stove provided free of charge - End of stay cleaning OUTSIDE KITCHEN (dishes, ovens, hob, fridge/freezer, sink) and household trash cans - Electric heating within the limit of 15 KWh/day For your comfort: - Baby equipment (high chair, booster seat, bath and cot) - Garden furniture, barbecue - Equipment room for your bikes. If you want to come with your pet, you must inform us when booking. Deposit of 100€/animal - 2 animals maximum. By the D589 (route du Puy-en-Velay), go to the town of Saugues, then follow the D589 in the direction of Malzieu and La Besseyre-Saint-Mary. On your arrival in Pompeyrin take the road towards La Besseyre St Mary, after 200m do not leave the village of Pompeyrin, take the first small road on your left.
