The apartment is composed like this: - A living room with quality sofa bed, a double bed, a TV, fiber and a dining area. - an open kitchen fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc ... - a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. - most: washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board This apartment has all the comfort and calm necessary after an intense day. Cleaning is done by professionals before your stay. You will be provided for your stay: sheets for bedding, bath towels, towels and bath mats, kitchen towel, shower gel (1 per person) and soap, some coffee capsules and sachets of tea. ## Access Guests have access to the entire property. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The quirky 7th arrondissement is filled with students from the Université Lumière Lyon 2. The Halle Tony Garnier concert hall stages big-name bands, and funky art galleries sit alongside hip dance clubs. Jail cells are on show at the Resistance and Deportation History Centre, found in the former Gestapo HQ. Rugby games take place at the Matmut Stadium in Parc de Gerland, and cyclists pedal the River Rhône boardwalk. ## Transit 4 minutes walk from Debourg metro station or Stade Gerland and 4 minutes walk from ENS LYON tram stop. Close to the docks, Halle Tony Garnier and Stade de Gerland. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in until 10:45pm as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Ref.
