## Space Completely renovated for your comfort, my 10m2 studio is the perfect cosy bubble for couples and solo travellers. The bed, located on the mezzanine is fitted with hotel quality linens, to provide you with maximum comfort. You'll find a fully-equipped and functional kitchen as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Known as the historic cradle of the Bordeaux wines, the Chartrons district extends from the Public Garden to the docks, passing by the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district. Located on the banks of the Garonne River, the area still boasts memories of its maritime past, fed by the Bordeaux wine expedition. You can stroll around to enjoy the lively streets and many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants that abound on the pavements. ## Transit Tram C is 4 minutes away on foot and will take you through the historical centre by the platforms to the Gare Saint Jean. By car, you can park on the street (paid parking) or at the parking lot of the Cité Mondiale. ## Notes Pets are allowed (Dogs only). Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM, and check-ins after 12AM is subject to confirmation. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
