## Space Welcome to my home! This apartment of 27 m² (about 290 sqft) is located on the ground floor of a typical Haussmann building facing the street. Niched in the heart of Paris’ historic center and a stone’s throw away from the Louvre, this one-bedroom apartment overlooks one of Paris’ most sought-after gardens, the Jardins du Palais Royal. In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. It is composed as follows: - a living room with a sofa that is convertible into a double bed and a TV - an open kitchen with everything you need to cook (stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle). A dining table will be at your disposal. - a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a TV - a nice clean bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, and hairdryer. Quality towels and bed linen will be provided. We hope you will enjoy your stay! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Louvre and the “Musée des arts décoratif”s of Paris, rue de Rivoli, the district is rich in theatres, first and foremost the “Comédie Française”, but also the Châtelet and the Palais Royal. As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic “Halles” complex, with its 27 theatres, in the “Forum des Halles”. Stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. To go out, don't miss the elegant tea rooms in the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants in the rue Sainte-Anne, or the large choice of fast food restaurants in the “Forum des Halles”. ## Transit 4-6 minutes walk from 3 subway stations: Pyramides (lines 7 and 14), Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre (line 1), and Bourse (line 3). These lines cross the capital, and lead you to all the neighborhoods. ## Notes Pets are allowed (Dogs only). This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
