The bedroom is furnished with double-bed and complimentary hotel-quality linen to ensure you’ll have a comfortable stay! The bathroom has the necessities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The district is in fact composed of villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion, the XIIth keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city, the proof is : Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume ! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital. A lot of shops and cafés guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade and its 4.5 km long which starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience, the idea of enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is a nice thing to do, especially with the kids. ## Transit Our flat is easily accessible by various public transportations, the easiest is by subway! There are multiple train stations located nearby the flat: - Michel Bizot (Line 8) is just 4 mins away. - Daumesnil (Line 6,8) is 6 mins away. - Porte Dorée (Line 8) is 9 mins away. Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is just 27 minutes drive from the flat. ## Notes Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10 PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay (extra charge), please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
