Uflat is an apartment of 175 square meters, inserted in a building from the early 1900s, totally renovated respecting the easy and happy volumes of the past. Floors that mark the continuity of the apartment from one end of the house to the other in the context of vaulted roofs, ancient cement tiles placed in a vertical position and stucco on bleached ceilings to generate a muffled atmosphere according to a balance that holds together tradition, cosmopolitan creativity and contemporary furnishings that recall the great masters of design. The space is illuminated by two large windows, which give access to the balconies overlooking the main road, from three others that overlook the internal courtyard and from a last window that opens the entrance to the terrace, an external vent space and place of conviviality and relaxation. Four bedrooms with private bathroom which can be accessed by passing through the common areas (hall-living-kitchen) according to a perfect formula: all possible privacy but also the opportunity to socialize with other guests. The white walls delimit the boundaries of the spaces leaving the scene in the presence of architectural elements interpreted by different materials such as wood, glass, steel and iron which help to define the synthesis of a harmonious whole. A perfect balance between decision and passion of handcrafted elements, of simple objects full of memories because even in the smallest detail you can hide an unexpected story right inside an unexpected apartment. ----- The apartment is equipped with finishes, valuable objects and furniture. To ensure the preservation and integrity of the structure, upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys of the property, the host will deliver to the guest a form containing a brief description of the state of the property, its appurtenances, structures annexed and of the goods contained on that date. The guest undertakes to sign the aforementioned form, without prejudice in any case to his right to indicate in writing any observations. - The guest agrees not to reproduce and / or deliver the keys to the property to third parties and / or to disclose any access codes to the property to third parties. The loss / breakage of keys and / or lock entails compensation for the cost of a new lock and 5 new sets of keys. In addition, for the purposes of public security and in compliance with the law during check-in, all guests are required to provide an identity document for the usual identification and subsequent daily communication to the Questura of the arrival of the people housed pursuant to 'art. 109 of the T. U.L. P.S. In case of refusal we will be obliged by law to request the abandonment of the house without the return of the deposit.
