The Vecchio Frantoio opens its seaside villa to all those who have already loved our home in the mountains and to all those who do not yet know us; Il Vecchio Frantoio mare is located in Santa Flavia, on the coast a few meters from the sea and is the ideal place to spend your holidays, long or short as they are, in absolute relaxation and privacy, with a private beach, just 18 km from Palermo and 2.7 km from the Casteldaccia motorway junction on the Palermo-Catania motorway. The entire villa that is being used by our guests is made up of an entrance with electric gate, a large garden with trees, flowers and plants, the same garden equipped with sun loungers and armchairs to enjoy the afternoon coolness, too. they are also 2 very useful showers since the sea is just a few meters away, the house is also equipped with tables for outdoor dining and lounges to be able to sit comfortably outside, including a sitting area on the terrace that enjoys a wonderful view on the sea . Inside in the living area we have a large living room with fireplace adorned with antique Sicilian majolica tiles and also here armchairs and sofas with flat screen television, a dining area and a winter garden with a glass roof that allows you to see the stars also inside the house. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private terrace, with respective bathrooms with shower and bathtub with hydromassage and a room with a single bed that can become double if needed. The whole house is served by heat pumps that can do both cold and heat, of course also a wii-fii with wireless service. The house is located 2.5 km from the lovely seaside villages of Santa Flavia, Porticello and Casteldaccia where you can find everything you need for everyday life and even go shopping. With the motorway so close it is easy to visit Palermo, Agrigento and the valley of the temples, the Madonie park, Trapani, Marsala and anyway all the most important destinations of our splendid island.
