The Hameau Promontoire de Sajac, located in the South of Aveyron, at the end of the paved road, is a former polyculture farm living in autarky (operated until 1980) which has been gradually renovated by the daughter of the Farmer and her husband by trying to respect the layout and the architecture of the different buildings as much as possible: houses, stables, barns, bread ovens, chestnut dryer, oven .... From the promontory where Sajac is located, in the Regional Natural Park from the Grands Causses, you dominate the Tarn valley, a panorama of meadows and wooded hills awaits you. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage with Albi and the Causses and Cévennes. The enclosed wooden terrace of 30 m2, located to the north, overlooks the Tarn Valley: a calm and relaxing place, especially on hot days! Brousse le Château, 7km away, is classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France". Enjoy in the evening, during the night, the freshness that rises from the river Tarn flowing below (distance 800 m, height difference 300 m) which has been fitted out for fishing activities; the arrival of the longest canoe route on the Tarn is located almost directly above the hamlet. Maintained paths around the Hamlet allow very pleasant walks in nature and the woods of pubescent oaks, chestnut trees and conifers and to connect the surrounding hamlets. Independent cottage, on 2 levels, in a hamlet, near 3 other cottages (6, 5 and 2 beds) and the owner's second home (present during the rental period) - 5 bedrooms (2 double beds, 8 90 with 1 washbasin per bedroom), 3 shower rooms, kitchen/dining room (washing machine, dishwasher, television), 1 living room (BZ 140 convertible sofa bed), internet access/wifi, terrace panoramic (30m²) closed and private balcony (11m²), garden furniture, barbecue - Sheets and towels not provided. Electric auxiliary heating, electricity extra depending on use: see accommodation sheet COMMON: heated swimming pool (5x10 m, depth 1.20 m) at the owner's, water treatment: water sterilization by passage through a UV tube and treatment with residual oxygen, usable from June to September, common to 4 gîtes and the owner, access times: 6 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm; games room (80m²); panoramic terrace (70 m²); internet/wifi access (at the level of the 30 m² gite terrace, the dining room and the living room); table tennis; enclosed playground (600 m²); petanque ; golf swing initiation course. Access to the cottage is via an inclined plane at the level of the 11 m² terrace allowing people with walking difficulties to access the ground floor and the panoramic terrace of the cottage and to the various paved paths of the hamlet.
