New apartment in building from the 1820s, near public transport and shopping mall. Fantastic recreational areas with a forest behind the house. Suitable for everyone who loves nature and wants to stay close to the city while experiencing a Swedish home with a relaxing countryside feeling. Fully equipped modern kitchen (Siemens/Gaggenau) including Miele washing machine/dryer and seating area for four. Bathroom with toilet and beautiful shower. Underfloor heating throughout with individual room settings. Bedroom with study and closet/drawers. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Wi-Fi and wired internet included. There is a wooden deck directly outside the apartment with a small table and chairs. From here you are facing the lake and can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. Also feel free to use the greenhouse sitting area if it is raining or windy. For a swim in the lake, just jump in and use the jetty steps to get back up again. Free parking is possible in front of the house. There are two bikes to borrow for free. We also rent out our rowing boat with an electric outboard motor if you want to go out on the lake, ask us for details. Safe and peaceful residential housing area. Also lots of organic food in e.g. Paradiset, the Swedish equivalent of Whole Foods. In Sickla köpkvarter there is also indoor climbing, a nice library and exhibitions. The easiest way to get around in Stockholm is by public transport. Nearby public transport consists of bus 401/403 only two minutes away that will quickly take you to Slussen in the city center, just south of the Old Town. Bus 821 will take you to Nacka Forum (the forum/mall is a ten minute cycle away).
