The construction of the house dates back to the early 1900s and has characteristic plaster ceilings such as those exhibited in the museum of the territory of Magliano Alfieri Cuneo. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed for two, access to the south-west facing balcony, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and a bedroom also facing south-west. From the balcony there is a view of the Langhe and the internal courtyard embellished with flowering plants and many flower pots. In the immediate vicinity (30 m) there are two characteristic restaurants with typical Piedmontese cuisine.
