The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. Relax outdoor at the terrace with garden furniture. Your holiday apartment: Your holiday room is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is on the 1st floor and leads over an external stair directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 2 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. In addition, your holiday room is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Pets: nicht erlaubt.
