This lovely 6th floor is locates in the development of Playa Príncipe, km 11,5, it's a front line apartment with views, it has a large living room with a dining area, and a sitting area with sofa-bed and Smart TV that has access onto a beautiful terrace with views over La Manga and Mar Menor, perfect to enjoy the unique sunsets. The apartment has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, its own private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; the second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the Mar Menor sea. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine. The whole apartment is equipped with new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay) Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
