## Space Welcome to our home! The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating together. There is also a desk that you can use as a workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need such as microwave, hotplate, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bedroom is complete with a king bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as some storage space for you to make use of. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and a hairdryer. Toilets are separated. On top of all that, there is a washing machine/dryer that you can use, for free! I hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Access The flat is located in a well secured building with digicode and pass to access it. But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital. A lot of shops and cafés guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade and its 4.5 km long which starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience, the idea of enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is a nice thing to do, especially with the kids. The apartment is close to restaurants, grocery shops and transports you could go everywhere by walking very easily. Located in calm and peaceful neighborhood, the place is ideal for people looking for a short city trip in Paris. You could access most of touristic places taking advantage of the possibility to be part of a trendy atmosphere that will allow you this area. Metro stations and buses are very close and you will be near the shops and utilities. ## Transit RER, Metro and Tramway Station Porte de Vincennes: 5 minutes walk. (line 1) Straight to Gare de Lyon, Bastille, Louvre, Champs Élysées. Picpus station: 5 minutes walk. (line 6) Station Nation: 10 minutes walk. ( line 1-2-6-9 and RER A) Roissy and Orly airport: Direct bus at 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
