Beautiful Stone House with Amazing Sea Views

The villa in Orahovac a small fishing village is on the lower seafront road by the beach and near two beach bars not far from the UNESCO towns of Kotor and Perast. The spacious living room opens on to a large south facing terrace with table, 8 chairs and Parasol, an ideal place for alfresco dining with stunning sea and mountain views. The living area is very light with 3 sets of French windows for the wonderful sea views, it has a large sofa and two large arm chairs, satellite TV, DVD, and WiFi Internet. Moving through an arch to the fully equipped kitchen area, with Hob, oven, Kettle, Toaster,Microwave, large fridge freezer,Cafetiere ( French Press) other utensils etc, we have a further table with 8 chairs. Next to the kitchen is a cloakroom. Downstairs there is a large family room with king size bed, double sofa bed and room for a cot. This room is suitable for young families, no balcony, the bathroom is next door with shower/ bath etc and a washing machine. On the second floor we have two double bedrooms, king sized beds, balconies with sea and mountain views, each with en-suite shower rooms etc. We also have a twin bedroom on this floor with mountain views and shower room. Outside there is a patio area with gas barbeque, table and 4 chairs. The beach is a nice stone beach which is safe for children a little further down you have two beach bars with sun loungers. The house has air conditioning, central heating and it’s own water tank in case of water shortages. There is road parking for two cars outside the villa on the small local road. Orahovac has two restaurants and two essential shops for everyday items in easy walking distance, only one shop is open almost all year. For those who would like to enjoy the terrace, sea views and lights our neighbour Fanika can cook a delicious meal with local produce and deliver it to the villa. There is a local bus that runs from Kotor to Risan hourly and a taxi service from the village shop on the main road.
