The Gîte des Vellavi is the story of a meeting between a building, formerly a dance hall, then a hosiery for Cacharel, and a passionate man! This large building of 440 m2 has been restored with an emphasis on respecting the environment, working in a short circuit and giving objects a second life. The atmosphere that emerges is simple, friendly and comfortable. You will keep in memory the seductive asset of this house: a floor of 200 m2 dedicated to relaxation and games offering 3 small lounges including one for young children, a darts area like an American bar, a friendly room of 90m2 with billiards, ping-pong table and micro HIFI system. WIFI throughout the gîte (VDSL2 internet) and Netflix & Amazon Prime available on the 2 televisions Other strong assets: immediate proximity to the village of Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops, services and activities) and the very strong tourist dynamic of the plateau du Haut-Lignon The house is made up on the 1st floor of a large equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace (open hearth) and 8 bedrooms (4 with 2 beds of 90 * 200 which can be twinned and 4 with 1 160 * 200 bed). For your comfort, 3 bedrooms are equipped with shower rooms (shower rooms or bathroom with wc), completed by a large sanitary area composed of 2 Italian showers 90x140 with a Nordic atmosphere with their private cloakroom and a second sanitary space with 2 common toilets. In order to accommodate your moments of relaxation or conviviality, a living room equipped with a sofa-house enhancing old pallets and a connected TV is at your disposal. In summer, thanks to its excellent insulation and its geographical location, even during a heat wave the house remains pleasant to live in and you are not disturbed by hordes of mosquitoes. The oil heating is to be paid in supplement according to consumption. The cleaning fee for the year 2021 is 160 €., And the rental of sheets 10 € / single bed, 20 / double bed are to be paid on site. Part of the park is left natural in order to preserve the flora and fauna. the flat part for lunch and fun is mowed but not too short to preserve a minimum of life on the ground. The ground floor of the house is not open to the public.
