Secondary: composed of 1 bedroom, dressing room, 1 bathroom and lounge-cellar. The urbanization is very complete, as it has a swimming pool, pediment court, basketball court, soccer field, swings, large promenades and a social club to meet or order a delicious Valencian paella. In the same social club, the password for internet access is provided. The exterior offers a large plot with large gardens, 3 terraces, orchard, children's swings and barbecue. For convenience, there is parking both on the plot and on the street. This cozy villa, in Valencian style, is very close to Valencia capital and the famous motorcycle circuit of Cheste.
