Villa Torreta is a dreamlike holiday home, which combines the benefits of its extraordinary location near the beach with its phenomenal terrace and pool area. The elegant villa, with touches of warm, lively colors, consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a white-tiled, well-equipped kitchen, which has a window that opens to a unique, circular dining area. Villa Torreta therefore can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television. The highlight of the fenced property is undoubtedly the enormous outdoor area, which includes both a covered and uncovered terrace as well as a private pool and outdoor shower. Here guests can dine outdoors at multiple tables in the fresh Menorcan air, lounge under the sun by the poolside and dive into the refreshing, clear water. Due to its exceptional location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a few minutes’ walk from the property: a grocery store, for example, is around the corner (140 m away). Moreover, Villa Torreta is just a 12-minute walk (950 m) from the gorgeous beach Son Bou, which will stun visitors with its golden sand and scenic panorama. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens are included in the price while towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. A cot with bed linen is available upon request and for an extra fee of €28 per week. A highchair is available upon request and for an extra fee of €14 per week.
