Sylvie and Gilbert welcome you to their fishing lodge for 7 people located at the foot of the hiking and horse-riding trails in Haute Mayenne. The private fishing pond -4,500m²- is 50 meters from the gîte. It is ideal for recreational fishing with its carp, roach and perch. The pond has a depth of 0.50 meters to 2.5 meters. You will find carp up to 7kg, pike from 30 to 70 cm, and roach from 20 cm and less. No kill fishing. If you don't fish, you will appreciate the corners of the park between the shade of the oak or the albisia...unless you prefer full sun. For your leisure, on site, you can take advantage of the bowling green, the ping-pong table and the table football. Wifi accessible throughout the accommodation. The terrace of the house faces south with a magical view of the park and the fishing pond. An awning protects against strong sun. Want to swim: the leisure base of Sillé-le-Guillaume (7km) offers leisure activities with free access to swimming. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the small towns of character or the beautiful villages of France such as Sainte-Suzanne, Saint-Léonard-des-Bois in particular. The Gallo-Roman town of Jublains and its museum will make you discover in a playful way the Roman past of Mayenne. All shops and care services 7km away. Bread at the wood-fired bakery in St Pierre sur Orthe. The gîte offers on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen open to the living room with fireplace (39m²), a bedroom with a 140*190 bed, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190, a bedroom with 2 beds -140*190 and 120*190), and a toilet. In the basement: ping-pong table and table football. Optional: sheets (10€/bed), cleaning (50€ for a family or 80€ for professionals) per fortnight. The wood is included in the rental price. Heat pump: heating from October to April €8 per night.
