Luxury 3 bedroom property with off street parking for 2 cars, close to amenities
Less than seven years old 3 bedroom town house. The property is accessed via a driveway (suitable parking for two average sized cars) to the front door. Once inside a door to the right is a cloakroom for coats and shoes/boots. To the left is a door leading to a utility room with Bosch washing machine and separate Bosch condensing tumble dryer. There is a sink and drainer with cold water tap only for cleaning walking boots etc. There is an ironing board and steam iron for your use. A clothes horse is also provided for those items not suitable for tumble drying. Coats and boots can also be stored here. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with King size bed, double wardrobe, 4 drawer chest and 2 over 3 drawer chest, 2 bedside cabinets, en-suite double shower room with basin and WC. The second bedroom consists of a double bed, two bedside cabinets, 4 drawer chest and double wardrobe. The third bedroom consists of a single bed, bedside cabinet, double ward robe, five drawer chest and a computer desk. All bed linen is provided by Orian Property services who look after the changeovers for me. A family bathroom with full size bath with electric shower over with screen, basin and WC is located between the three bedrooms. The first floor consists of a lounge with leather 3 piece recliner suite consisting of a 3 seater and two seater sofa plus rocking chair, light oak coffee table, sideboard, lamp table, nest of tables and TV cabinet. There is a Samsung Smart 49" LED Curved screen TV with full SKY package and DVD player. There is a HiFi system on the sideboard. We have wireless unlimited internet available. The kitchen diner is fully fitted with everything you will need for a self catering holiday including electric double oven, gas hob, Bosch fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher, a microwave with a grill, toaster, kettle, oak dining table and 4 faux leather chairs. There is a Bosch Tassimo available for those clients who bring their own capsules and a breakfast bar with two real leather bar stools. From the dining room there is access to the patio via french doors. Between the kitchen and lounge is a WC with basin and wall mirror. Our house is professionally cleaned after each rental and all laundry is taken away to the cleaning companies own launderette. The managing agent will provide our clients with a number to call in the unlikely event of an emergency. We also provide a welcome pack in the kitchen, tea coffee, milk. Outside there are 2 parking spaces and a side access via 14 wooden steps to the back garden and gate. There is a paved patio with a wrought iron table 2 chairs and a love seat. Steps rise from the patio between two large planters to a path that brings you to the summer house. The lockable French doors on the summerhouse open up to give access to a rattan sofa set. There are internal lights and power for evening use. The garden is supplemented with outside lighting so that the garden can be used in twilight hours. The property is heated by a combi boiler central heating system via thermostatically controlled radiators providing instant hot water at all times. We do hope that anyone staying here will have the perfect holiday.
