## Space Located 10 min away from the heart of Paris, this cozy and vintage flat can accommodate 4 people. In a typical building, close to shops and transports, this genuine little museum is perfect for a trip to Paris while staying in a relaxing district. This pleasant apartment, located at the 3rd floor without elevator and decorated with furniture and objects from the 50’s to the 80’s, consists of a living space of 37 sq. m and includes : - a nice living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a bedroom with a double bed, - a bathroom with shower-bathtub, - an equipped retro kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge), - washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - Wi-Fi → A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo and water bottles Please note that some objects are just ornamentals items and have to be handled carefully. For this reason, children under 10 are not accepted. To preserve the tranquility of surroundings, a Roomonitor unit enabling to report an unusual noise level after 10PM has been installed inside the flat. This one only detects sound variations and respect your privacy. ## Neighborhood In this familial and calm district at the doors of Paris, you won’t miss anything : all commodities are just nearby, you will be able to enjoy restaurants, bars or shops, and a large market takes place 3 times a week. The Bois de Vincennes, one of the greatest Parisian parks, is just 7 min away by walk : perfect for a jog or a family walk ! In 10 min, you will also reach the beautiful Vincennes Castle.
