House with enclosed garden with a slide and a swing. On the ground floor: entrance - dining room/living room - fitted kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with washbasin) - shower room - toilets. Upstairs (straight staircase with rope ramp): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed, cot and sinks) - shower room - wc - play area. Garage (bike storage). Fuel oil heating (invoicing by actual consumption - meter on the boiler) and wood offered for the fireplace. Possibility of renting a room for 60 people (on site) at the price of 350 € (Saturday noon to Sunday evening).
