Villa Kallithea’s Breeze is a luxury, gated, semi detached villa with ozonized pool , set near Koskinou village, Rhodes town and only 10 min driving from Rhodes Diagoras airport . The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons. There is a big pool of 14m length, 4m wide and 1.60-1.90m deep. It is thoroughly and crystal-clear clean, due to its ozone cleaning technology. It is chloride free and therefore does not give the odour of chloride or causes skin or eye irritations. There is a full antivirus and antibacterial cleaning system, which is important for an exquisite swimming feeling. The villa is on a safe area near a small bright-green hillock full of pine-trees and cypresses. An excellent area of easy access to all important sights: Old Town and City of Rhodes 7km, Faliraki 8 km, Airport 15km, Lindos 40km. There is a private wood area of 700m², only 15m from the villa’s pool and barbecue. You can enjoy the wood area daily with its benches, tables, lanes and lighting. The spacious villa ( size 350sq.m.) is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards and has a private swimming pool, a patio, a gazebo with built Barbecue, wide verandas and terraces. There is free private parking area and an organised picnic area under the pine trees. The villa has three double bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms on two of them , living room with 2 sofa beds, dining area and a separate kitchen. All rooms have TV sets with satellite, air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price) and wifi internet access. The living room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with big modern sofas and decorated with a fire place. There is a dining area for six and it opens to the modern and spacious kitchen area. There is a wide veranda for outside dining. An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has wide verandas overlooking the patio and the swimming pool, the village of Koskinou and the Aegean sea. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. All bedrooms have double beds and two of them have ensuite bathrooms with shower room. A Safe keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with TV sets and airconditioning. Linen, bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish. The villa has three full modern designed bathrooms and a WC. Two of them are ensuite to the bedrooms, one with shower is next to the living room and one toilet is next to the guest room. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge / freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender.
