The ground floor extends the kitchen, dining room and living area with flat-screen TV and a guest toilet.There is one air conditioner on the ground floor, while the other air conditioner is in the attic room. The air conditioner can be used for heating in the spring or autumn months. On the first floor there is a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The stairs lead to the large attic stretching the large bedroom with shower / WC, double bed and one extra bed. The house has been renovated with lots of love and details of family tradition. It is located in a small village of Kirmenjak, just a few minutes away from the crowds of tourist Poreč and the beaches of the Poreč Riviera. One pet is allowed, with prior notice and a small extra charge. Barbecue on charcoal or gas is available in the yard. Parking in the yard. The house you booked is located in a quiet place in the small village of Kirmenjak. The village has only about forty inhabitants. The nearest shop and restaurant are 2 km away, and you can buy bread from a mobile bakery every morning at around 10 am. The view extends to the nearby olive grove and the green Mediterranean panorama with a bit of blue sea on the horizon.
