Beautiful XVII house close to Sitges

This charming XVII century house retains most of its original features such as exposed beams and an old wine press. The house is set in calm surroundings amongst vineyards and olive trees, yet only 3 kilometers from lively Sitges and its beaches. The property is ideal for nature lovers, children, and pets. There are many footpaths and cycling routes on our doorstep. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms but the large sitting area downstairs can also be used as a fourth bedroom. Upstairs the first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom has three single beds. There is also a sitting area upstairs with a sofa and smart TV. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is located upstairs and has a toilet, a sink, and a bath with an overhead shower. The second bathroom is downstairs and has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. This bathroom can be accessed through the hall or the sitting area doubling up as another bedroom. The terrace is everybody's favorite part of the house. It is beautifully lit at night. In the summer months, the vine grows over the pergola providing shade and a touch of romance. Linen and towels are all included. House Rules: - Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00 - Check-in after 22:00 will incur an extra charge of 50 euros. - Check-out is before 11 am. - Parking is free and nearby subject to availability. - Pets are welcome at the property but incur a small fee of 20 euros per stay. Pets must be house trained. - Smoking is allowed only outside. - Travel cot is available at an extra charge of 10 euros per night. - Utilities are included but we kindly ask guests to be reasonable. Extravagant use will incur an extra charge. - Please note, the guest will be responsible for the costs of any major damage or breakage even if it exceeds the deposit amount.
