The stunning Property of two hectares boasts a swimming pool and adjacent Jacuzzi, a small lake (100 m²; 70-100 cm deep) with equipped gazebo, table-tennis, boules pitch and a country-style terrace with large table for dining alfresco and a barbecue. A real haven for you to rest and relax, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. At the back of the accommodation you will find a road that leads to the town of Lugnano, while the front is characterized by a very nice, large, gently sloping lawn with olive trees, another picturesque view to enjoy. The bedrooms in the property are on the 1st floor, all beautifully decorated and are equipped with large ceiling fans. On request it is possible to add a single bed in one of the rooms on the first floor. The house has a real homely feel and is clean, bright and airy. The property is located in easy access of shops and restaurants, the grocery store being only 0.3 km away. You can find more shops 3 km away in Lugnano in Teverina . For the more adventurous there is Guardea and the Natural Park of Alviano with bike and pedestrian paths only 10km away or , 12 km away you will find Amelia, Civita di Bagnoregio 25km away ('the dying city') or Lake of Bolsena (45km).
