There's Netflix, BBC iPlay and more available to watch on the TV -- so you can binge-watch and catch up with all your favourite shows. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven and fridge. The microwave, stove and cooking utensils are provided for your use as well. The space is perfect for preparing a tasty home cooked meal when you're hungry! The home features 2 cosy double bedrooms with ample storage space and plenty of natural light. The full bathroom comes with a bathtub to enjoy! Enjoy the other amenities provided in our home, including a washer, dryer and iron! ## Access Guests have access to the entire home. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The home is situated in a great location, just on Clapham High Street! There are a great variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops here and around the common Old Town. If you’re planning to cook at home, there a few options to pick up groceries, such as Iceland Food and Sainsbury’s. Clapham Common is within walking distance and is a great green space to enjoy the warmer days. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool in the area as well! ## Transit This location keeps you well connected, with Clapham High Street and Wandsworth overground only a 7 minute walk away. Clapham North Underground is also a 7 minute walk from the home, and services the Northern Line. There is a parking meter towards Larkhill Rise, just 2 minutes from the home. Ubers, buses and taxis are readily available in the city as well! ## Notes Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
