Villa with swimming pool Salento

The property is located in the countryside of Ugento and it is all fenced. It offers peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in direct contact with trees, fruit trees and mediterranean plants. Villa Le Due Sorelle has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: max 11 sleeps. The main path has a manual gate and leads to the main house with the swimming pool nearby. The blue pool is surrounded by tropical plants, palms. The terrace around the pool is equipped with outdoor fornitures: sunbeds, 2 gazebo and outdoor furniture to have breakfast with pool view. There are 2 indipendent houses, both with a porch, outdoor furniture and kitchenette. There's every comfort you need: air conditioning in each room, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, internet wi-fi. The main house is composed by a living room, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedrooms (beds can be united) and a bathroom with shower. The annex is just 30 meters from the main house and it has a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one double with ensuite bathroom/shower, one double wich shares the bathroom with the third double/twin room. There are 2 outdoor douches (one solar shower near the pool and one shower near the dependance), 2 BBQ (one for the main house and one for the dependance) and a wood-oven for pizza! The amazing beaches of sand of Salento are reachable in just 10 minutes by car (Marine di Ugento, Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Pescoluse).
