From the living room on the first floor you have the same view of the area and the water. The garden and terrace are partly secluded behind a small fence. The house is located a short distance from the area's beautiful beaches or shopping opportunities and tourist attractions in Kolding approx. an hour's drive from the North Sea. There are 2 parking spaces on the site. No letting to youth groups.
