Our home is a lovingly restored 1950's cottage, set in a 1.6hector organic Avocado orchard. We are surrounded by mature trees, making our property a private oasis. We have several outdoor areas for you to enjoy the beautiful climate of the Bay of Plenty. With our large shared swimming pool and newly landscaped gardens you may find it hard to leave. The house has 4 double bedrooms and a second lounge. It has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen diner with French doors leading out on to a sunny deck. A large lounge with french doors opening out onto another deck. But what makes our home special is the location! You can dip your toe into all that the bay has to offer...... or enjoy a few days out by the pool and feel so far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions. Tourist attractions close by Mount Maunganui...., a must to visit, climb or walk around. Mount Maunganui beach..... one of the top holiday destinations in in NZ and oly 10 mins in the car. Rotorua....., for Maori culture and Geo thermal parks, Luge, Adrenoline forest, I could go on, only 40mins by car. Hobbiton!...... Only 20minutes drive.
