As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is not separated as this is a studio but is equipped with kettle, toaster and microwave and fridge and freezer compartment. No living room but bedroom chair to relax on. There is a large television with DVD and Netflix. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, bath and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, along with toiletries and tea, coffee and biscuits. Access is by private staircase at rear of property. The apartment is close to bus routes and stations and the beautiful cliff gardens. If you are arriving when we are not in, there is a key box behind the right hand pillar of the main gates. A washing machine and dryer are available when we are resident - just ask and we will give you access downstairs. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are no on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - No overnight guests permitted and strictly no parties or gatherings. - No noise after 10pm or before 9am.
