Lovely King Single room in spacious house

Lovely spacious king single room with desk and adjacent bathroom. You will be sharing the house with myself, possibly one other guest, my housemate Annie and her 13 year old daughter who stays at the house 2 weeks per month . The house is beautiful and spacious with a large dining and kitchen area, lounge room, 3 bathrooms and outdoor areas with pool and garden. It is close to the nearby shops - Woolworths, Coles which are within 20 minutes walking distance.
