We have offers for longer stay. The whole summer is possible. Nice private studio on the second floor, 27m2, with private kitchenette and private shower. Private toilet on the first floor. The bed is 1.40m x 2m and has a slatted bedbase with mattresses and a topmattres. Use of garden. Only non-smokers. Private studio, free parking The house is close to the centre: * Lots of busses to the central station (1 busstop / 4 minutes) and the citycentre (2 busstops) * Walking distance (15 minutes) or 1 busstop till Convention Centre the Jaarbeurs and Rabobank Nederland * Bus to businesspark Rijnsweerd/ UMC Utrecht: 15 minutes. We have free parking in front of the house. A large shopping center is at about 10 minutes walking distance. Silence in the house between 11 pm and 7 am. No drugs, no pets, no smoking.
