Nestled in quiet and natural idyll approximately 300 m distance from immediate neighbor. Villa offers you peace and quiet with a panoramic view on mountains and partly view on sea and islands. The house was built in Dalmatian style surrounded by stone walls and ornamental plants. Outside area offers a 32 square meters heated swimming pool, outside barbecue with the covered outdoor dinning area, 6 pool chairs, 2 parasols and a lawn on south, 60 square meters large, where children can play on swings and creepers. Inside the villa you have fully equipped kitchen with the dining and living area, both have exit to the pool. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with king beds (180x200), A/C, and en suite bathrooms (2 with a shower and one with a bathtub) and one additional sofa for 2 people. NOTE: Damage deposit is always requested at arrival in cash and in cash is returned to the guests if everything is left in order in the villa.
