Stay in this refuge in the middle of Lagoa da Conceição! Even though it is close to the center of the neighborhood, it is not lacking in terms of peace and tranquility, with the advantage of being just steps away from local businesses. The house brings an ecological proposal from the backyard to the infrastructure and decoration. It is made of massaranduba wood internally treated with natural oil and essential oils and its floor is made of wood treated with carnauba wax. The walls painted with natural mineral paint from a local company and the lavatory grouting painted with clay. The patio has been fertilized over the years with organic waste generated in the house and in the garden. There are nutritious and native plants such as capuchin in the flower box, which is native to the Andes in Colombia and fully edible: leaves, leaves and fruits. The furniture at the Ecosalão: stairs, benches, manicure chairs and auxiliary carts were made by the owner's father with wood and reused parts. It even has an umbrella spring to give flexibility to the back of the manicure chair. The decoration is the result of personal mining of handcrafted items typical of the region or Brazil. The accommodations offer on the ground floor a living room with space for a spa (washbasin and hairdresser's bench), toilet, kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils to prepare meals on site, the "laundry" is integrated into the space, with a washing machine, tank and iron for ironing clothes. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one with a double box bed and the second with a sofa bed, Japanese style. In addition, there is also a complete bathroom, living room with sofa and bench to get ready, perfect for relaxing reading a book, having a massage in the armchair or enjoying a day of beauty with friends. It also has a room with a desk, ideal for home office. A special place to meet you and your loved ones, a place to take care of yourself, take care of yourself and be taken care of. Because sometimes it's hard to do a home spa at home so here is the perfect environment! It has a massager seat, foot bath with whirlpool, washbasin, 2 hairdressing benches, three hairdressing chairs and two manicure chairs, in addition to 4 auxiliary carts. It is noteworthy that the house does not have space to park the car, but the street is quiet and can be left in front. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (4) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas; (5) we do not host pets.
