You will enjoy the spacious privacy of our upstairs self contained apartment. You have a large bedroom with a ceiling fan and french doors opening onto the balcony. You have shared use of the upstairs common living room with TV, bathroom/toilet and kitchenette which may be shared if our second upstairs bedroom is also rented. We lease both upstairs bedrooms through Airbnb for booking separately. You will have a front door key to the house and your own bedroom key to secure your room from the other bedroom and shared upstairs apartment spaces. Both rooms have ceiling fans and french doors to the balcony for cross breezes, dining on the balcony or relaxing in the hammock. You'll have your own key to the front door to gain access to the internal staircase to the upstairs apartment. You will also have your own bedroom key to secure your room from the shared upstairs apartment spaces. We live downstairs with a separate rear entrance and living space so you will have your own private entry and apartment space upstairs, including sole use of the verandah. Situated in the heart of the old town neighbourhood surrounded by historic buildings. It is only a 50m walk to the majestic Clarence River and a 5 minute walk to the Grafton Regional Art Gallery, Coles supermarket and the main shopping strip of Grafton Short 10 minute walk from cnr Pound and Prince Streets where the Yamba Grafton bus route departs every 2 hours weekdays (URL HIDDEN) South Grafton railway station is a short taxi ride away and connects from Sydney to Brisbane. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, hot plate, frying facilities, kettle, toaster etc for you to prepare your own meals. We provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar.
