"Kensington" Circa 1886 Victorian Charm, Room 2. We invite you to share the grandeur and beauty of our fully renovated Victorian residence, one of the first built in the heart of Grafton. You will enjoy the spacious privacy of our upstairs self contained apartment. This is the second of 2 bedrooms we lease on Airbnb. They both share the upstairs common living room with TV, separate bathroom/toilet and separate kitchenette. We lease both upstairs bedrooms so you will be sharing the common upstairs spaces with another guest. You will have a front door key to the house and your own bedroom key to secure your room from the other bedroom and shared upstairs apartment spaces. Both rooms have ceiling fans and french doors to the balcony for cross breezes, dining on the balcony or relaxing in the hammock. You'll have your own key to the front door to gain access to the internal staircase to the upstairs apartment. You will also have your own bedroom key to secure your room from the shared upstairs apartment spaces. We live downstairs with a separate rear entrance and living space so you will have your own private entry and apartment space upstairs, including sole use of the verandah. We live in a separate space below and at the back of the upstairs apartment and are flexible about the level of interaction with guests. Situated in the heart of the old town neighbourhood surrounded by historic buildings. It is only a 2 minute walk to the majestic Clarence River and a 5 minute walk to the Grafton Regional Art Gallery, Grafton Historical Society, Coles supermarket mall and the main shopping strip of Grafton Short 10 minute walk to cnr Pound and Prince Streets where the Yamba Grafton bus route departs every 2 hours weekdays (URL HIDDEN) South Grafton railway station is a short taxi ride away and connects from Sydney to Brisbane. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, hot plate, frying facilities, kettle, toaster etc for you to prepare your own meals. We provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar.
