The American-style kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals. There is a private parking space. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) the delivery of keys, when necessary, is made at our office at the entrance to Florianópolis or at the airport / bus station; (2) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (3) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (4) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (5) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas; (6) we do not host pets.
