This large modern house is located in São Pedro do Estoril, just 350 metres (5 minute walk) to the popular swimming beach and the train station on the mainline between Lisbon and Cascais. It is perfectly situated for exploring this spectacular area of Portugal – with convenient access to all that the region of Cascais – Estoril – Sintra has to offer. The train runs every 20 minutes to the centre of Lisbon (25 minute ride) or, in the opposite direction, to the quaint historic village of Cascais (5 minute ride). The house has a private garden and a large garage in the basement with direct access into the house. The whole house has a central heating system, fireplace and unlimited WI-FI throughout. The house is well designed and fully equipped for your holiday on this spectacular coast of Portugal. There is direct access from the basement garage into the house via the central staircase. On the ground level there is an entrance hall, the kitchen, an office, a guest toilet and the very large living room with seating, dining and bar areas that have access to the front garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has : fridge; freezer with ice dispenser; gas stove; electric oven; microwave;, dishwasher; washing machine; electric kettle; toaster; and sandwich maker. Both the kitchen and the office have direct access to a back garden and the pedestrian entrance to the house. The living room has a large 65” 4K UHD smart TV with international channels. The furniture is of excellent quality and extremely comfortable. The private garden is relatively large and has a patio with outdoor furniture to relax in the warm sunny weather. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms furnished with extremely high quality extra-length beds and mattresses. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, walk-in closet, balcony and private bathroom en-suite with bathtub / shower. There are two more bedrooms, each with a king size double bed, one with private en-suite bathroom with bathtub / shower, the other with a balcony. The beds in both of these two bedrooms can each be converted into two single beds if guests require this. There is a separate full family bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. The 4th room on this level is furnished as a family lounge with an extremely comfortable sofa and a large 50” 4K UHD smart TV. The sofa converts into a double bed therefore this can serve as a bedroom should it be required. All rooms have heating, double glazing and superior furniture. In the basement there is a large garage for at least two cars and a tumble dryer. The house is located in a quiet residential area, has a supermarket 250 meters away and several cafes, beach bars and restaurants within a radius of 500 meters. The drive to Cascais is 12 minutes , to Lisbon airport is 25 minutes and the beautiful national park area of historic Sintra is 20 minutes away. Other amenities: Wireless Internet, free throughout the house. Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included. The house has central heating in every room. House Rules: • Smoking is only allowed outdoors; • Pets are not allowed without authorization; • The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or disabilities; • Noise is not allowed in the house after 22:00; • Dispose of the trash and always turn off as lights and equipment when not in use. • It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture. • Key loss - 100 €: • Keyhole locked that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention • Forget how keys inside the house, requiring new visit from the host - 25 € • On the check-in a manual will be delivered, follow as rules on it. Check-in - Between 4pm and 8pm; before 4pm only if for the possible cost and have an extra charge of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; late check-in after 24h will cost €50. Check-out - Between 8am and 11am; after 11am only for the possible cost and have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am cost €50; check-out before 8am will cost €30. Extra: Transfer to/from airport/apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people, over 6 people subject to availability. Security deposit: 500 Euros per booking; furniture will be returned if the apartment in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage occurred in the apartment or any equipment or this.
