Bright and open home, equipped with well-assorted cosy furniture, huge 60 sqm living area with a 8 seater lounge & massive modern TV with internet access & table football. Big open dinning area and outdoor patio with dinning table. Modern bathroom. Parking right in front of the house on the nature strip. This is a warm and charming home. Bright and open with a lot of windows. Tiled throughout, equipped with well-assorted cosy furniture the house will make you feel home immediately. The house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom no 1 with a queen size bed (2 person). Bedroom no 2 with a queen size bed (2 person) Bedroom no 3 with 2 single bed. In addition to this beds which sleep 6 people there's a huge 60 qm living area with a 8 seater modular lounge that can be arranged to a bed that sleeps 2. Massive modern TV with wireless unlimited internet access as the rest of the house. Big open dinning are adjoining to kitchen and outdoor patio. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped and organised with a big fridge, dishwasher, microwave and lots of storage. The modern bathroom got a shower and bathtub. The 2 double rooms with the queen size beds have their own private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the afternoon sun & sunset in the nice green front yard. There is always parking right in front of the house on the nature strip. In regards to the house, you are booking the entire free standing house. It’s a single story house and you’d have the entire house to yourself. We would obviously not enter the house during your stay, at all. My partner Jenni and I do live in our granny flat on the property in the garden/ backyard. The granny flat is a separate building, only our bath is attached to the very back of the house. There is no privacy issues and you would might only see us when you use the patio (which is just yours) while we use our backyard. I will be available over the phone at any given time. The professional trade/ service is available for any emergency that may occur. 3 different bus stops with 6 different buses within 100 - 200 meters. 7.5 kilometres/ 12 minutes by car from Sydney international airport. 14 kilometres 20 minutes by car from Sydney CBD, opera house ect.
