First floor: - When you first enter the property, you'll walk up the steps and be greeted by a bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with large balcony. There is both indoor and outdoor dining with seating for 8, and plenty of extra lounging space to relax. On the first floor, you'll also find a guest bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom across the hall. Downstairs Down the stairs is the ultimate kids retreat! The kids will be entertained for hours with games, toys, ping pong table and access to the pool. It features two bedrooms side by side, a small kitchenette, laundry facilities and extra bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 single bunk beds (4 single beds total) Bed 2 has 1 double/single bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). Top level The top level features a very private living room beside the master bedroom suite, complete with a plush Queen bed and open bathroom. Enjoy access to three outdoor pools (including a children’s pool), BBQ facilities and entertaining area, plus bike and walking paths which wind around the resort’s main swimming lagoon. Bikes, catamarans and pedal boats are also available for hire. Other Things to Note: This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund.
