This modern & spacious studio is nestled near the heart of the historic Bishop Arts District and offers a cozy, but stylish and efficiently arranged space. The unit is a completely remodeled open style floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam queen bed and a sleeper couch that four guests to stay. The studio includes 2 bicycles allowing you to enjoy the charming neighborhood and explore the tree-lined area at your leisure. It's a perfect place to work or relax. The Space: Our spacious studio is located in Oak Cliff, TX and comes equipped with everything you need. In addition to a queen-sized bed and closet, the space includes a stylish sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, 50” Roku Smart TV, microwave, fridge and tables and chairs for eating or working. The studio is attached to a 5-plex and has attached parking. The back-yard has a furnished patio, BBQ, and string lights with Cornhole and hammock for those that love to bask in the summer heat. Guest Access: Our studio is walking distance to Bishop arts where there are restaurants, bars, and shopping boutiques. Close to Trinity groves 2.6 miles, Uptown 5.5 miles, American Airlines center 4.2 miles, Dallas zoo 1.7 miles. The Neighborhood: The hip Bishop Arts District is known for its diverse nightlife, chic independent fashion stores and colorful street art.
