Unusual rural house. The cottage Saint Pierre is located 2h30 from Paris and 30 minutes from Angers, in the town of Angrie. We welcome you in this charming building, facing the lime kiln of Saint Pierre, not far from the Loire cycle route. This exceptional site is ideal for a quiet holiday in an unusual countryside, on a site surrounded by fields and old quarries become pretty parts of water, appreciated by divers and fishermen. The house consists of two adjoining gites, no other neighborhood, each with a capacity of 6 people. On the ground floor a kitchen open to a large living room with wood stove, then in an adjacent room the living room with TV and DVD player. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with bathtub (and washing machine). One bedroom with two bunk beds, the other two with two single beds that can be brought together or separated as needed. The kitchen, fully equipped, has a 4-burner electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary to spend a stay independent. Pillow and blankets on the spot, sheets, towels, small wood and end-of-stay cleaning optional. The cottage has baby equipment. (folding bed, pot, high chair). Each of the parties has its private garden with terrace and garden furniture. Weekly rental only during school holidays, weekends, mid-week or week outside these periods.
