Its geographical position not far from St Etienne, Lyon, Clermont Ferrand offers great opportunities for family reunions. Added to this is the possibility of having a games room. Nearby: the Loire Valley with its resorts such as Retournac or Aurec Plage, its nautical activities, its climbing spots, its marked hikes. This detached house is located on unfenced land, with trees and flowers all around the house. The old covered barn allows you to enjoy meals outside on sunny days. A private petanque court with lighting can accommodate your games with friends. This gîte is characterized by rooms of good size and pleasantly decorated. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a laundry room, a large living room, dining room with insert, a shower room and a WC.
