It is located in a region that has been largely uninhabited for the last migrations due to job search and war, but full of remains and traces of the former autochthonous life.The ranch consists of two units: a ranch of 40 000 m2 and the excursion site Fairy valley 300 m away from the ranch of 20 000 m2. The ranch houses two old stone houses built 200 years ago that have been renovated in autochthonous style but with all the necessary appliances for comfortable living. In one stone house there is a sanitary node and two rooms for accommodating four guests. In the second stone house there is a kitchen and a lounge area for up to thirty persons. In front of them is a yard with an outdoor fireplace. Among them is a heated outdoor pool of 36 m2 with an outdoor sanitary node. Next to the stone houses is a spacious modern house with a kitchen, large living room, two sanitary fixtures and two bedrooms where sleeps up to 3 guests. Overall, 7+2 people can sleep comfortably in all facilities. The price set for 6 persons is only valid if two bedrooms and two beds in the living room are used. Usage of the third bedroom understans surcharge from the price list as if there would be more then 6 persons.The Ranch is surrounded by meadows and forests with playgrounds and promenades. In the vicinity there are several houses. There is only one inhabitant living in the area who keeps the sheep. The full ranch is fenced and offers full intimacy to guests. Since there are no neighbors, guests can fully relax as far as noise and entertainment is concerned at any time of day and night.300 meters further away is a picnic area and a vistula of the Fairy Valley. The Fairy Valley is located at an altitude of 650 m and is the highest point in the area. From it is a view from one side to the sea and the islands of Dalmatia, and from the other to the mountains.Throughout the reef where the Fairy Valley is located, an excellent unpaved road is made in the distance of ten kilometers.
