Free parking is available on the street, garage space on request. Pets are allowed upon request for an extra fee of €5.00 per pet per night. Air conditioning is currently not available. The 90m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 person. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and mountain views. A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use. WINTER: The ski bus stop in front of the house is very convenient. In 5 minutes the ski bus will take you to Ciampinoi (900m), starting point of the Sellaronda. You will also find a ski rental shop (with reduced prices for our guests) and a small supermarket just below the house. All this only 30m away. SUMMER: Our house an ideal starting point for hikes, excursions and mountain bike tours. The hiking trail of the former railroad (planetary path), which connects Sankt Christina with Selva and Ortisei/Sankt Ulrich and leads to the church of Sankt Christina, passes just 30 m from the door.
