THE HOUSE Serve hors d’oeuvres by a wood-burning fireplace in the inviting living room. Or watch favorite shows in the sunlit family room, detailed with a large smart TV. Prepare tasty meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Sip morning coffee at a breakfast table for four. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge, then gather in the lovely dining room for eight. Occupying the entire lower level, the spacious primary suite features a private entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, a smart TV, and a king bed. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower, while an en-suite kitchenette includes a microwave, a Keurig, and a mini-fridge. Occupying the whole top floor, the roomy second suite has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a harbor-view balcony. Extras include a Keurig and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a full-size bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a smart TV, a full-size bed, and a twin bed with a twin trundle.
