Summary: Marina Quays is a 2 storey house that overlooks the Loch Sport Marina. The views of all the yachts and boats berthed there are breathtaking especially with a beautiful Loch Sport sunset as a backdrop! Marina Quays entails 2 separate levels that are known as the 'Upper Level' and the 'Lower Level'. Each of these levels sleep 5 people each. Marina Quays can be booked as a whole (sleeps 10) or as 2 separate apartments (sleeps 5 each), with different and beautiful aspects to each. The Space: Marina Quays has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The bedding configuration is as follows: Upper Level - Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Single bed Lower Level - Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x set Single bunks The Upper Level of Marina Quays has the most gorgeous outlook over the Loch Sport Marina, with a huge wrap around deck that has a hammock chair, outdoor setting, barbecue, sandpit for the littlies, large shade cloth. You have a full 180 degree view from this deck. In addition there is a gate with a latch and padbolt for safety at the stairs. Wander inside and you have an open plan kitchen/dining area and living area. The kitchen has all the functional items a holiday house kitchen warrants including a stove, microwave and coffee pod machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. In the living area there is a very comfortable couch, large wall mounted TV, loads of books and games for a rainy day or just one of those days where you want to chill out. The Master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV in case the adults want some quiet time. The Lower level of Marina Quays is something special to behold....and it is what makes Marina Quays so special and unique! When you walk towards the Lower Level of Marina Quays you are treated to one of the best murals you may have ever seen! This mural whose theme is an underwater theme takes up all the external walls in a display of various shades of blues, and beautifully coloured underwater creatures and seaweed. It truly is amazing to look at. But don't stand there all day, please make your way to the front door! On opening the front door, the splendour continues! You look in and the mural and the underwater theme continues inside on the opposite side of the room to the front door and it looks heavenly. It makes the apartment feel cool, almost as if you are walking underwater itself, however you have stepped into the living room which is quite large. There are 2 couches that are very comfy, a large wall mounted TV, mountains of DVD's to watch as well as music DVD's, obviously a DVD player and a surround sound system. Ornaments are mostly of a nautical theme which match the rest of the apartment. Continue through the living room and there is a good sized kitchen that houses a 6 seater dining table, fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine and a grill. Amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar and coffee pods are available both upstairs and downstairs. The two bedrooms configuration is: Master bedroom: 1 x Queen bed 2nd bedroom: 1 x Triple bunk (double bed on the bottom & single bed on the top) The Master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and a clothes hanging rack, the 2nd bedroom also has a clothes hanging rack along with an old style school desk and chair and wall mounted monitor. To áccent the mural along the wall through the apartment is one more joyous surprise...one more room in the apartment we have yet to visit! This is a multipurpose room which incorporates the laundry, so there is a front loader washing machine, round trough, but the best thing is the shower and the separate toilet that have both been styled like authentic beach boxes, along with the mural which is continued into this room it looks amazing...a little blast from the past! Out the front you have a large patio area, equivalent in size to the upstairs deck, barbecue, outdoor setting, yet another beautiful view of the marina that is literally across the road and 2 car spaces. Guest Access: Guest access is contactless. Guests will receive Check in information which will include how to access the property via email 24 hours prior to their arrival date. The Neighborhood: Loch Sport is that little piece of Victoria that is a haven for all things 'water'. Whether it be boating, fishing, (surf or still water) water skiing, kayaking, surfing, sailing, swimming or paddle boarding you can do it in Loch Sport. Envioubly Loch Sport is located between the 90 mile Beach and the magnificent Lake Victoria and as such caters for young families and dare devils trying to catch the biggest waves. But wait, there's more, much more...2 National Parks - Gippsland Coastal Park and the Lakes National Park where you can hike and take in all of natures beauty right along the coast, there is an Art trail throughout the town, a Skate park for the kids, walking paths along Lake Victoria, parks to play in, the Marina where you can spend time checking out the magnificent boats and yachts berthed there. The native flora and fauna abound around Loch Sport, with kangaroo's often stopping by on the front yard, lizards and if you're especially lucky you might get to see the local dolphins. The local eateries are great, with the Marina Hotel providing great local customer service and great food as well, there is the RSL, and now the Bowls club has opened a Bistro, fish & chips, pizza, the local Foodworks and a coin laundrette in town. Getting Around: Quite often during the warmer months it's quite usual to see people just walking around the town. It's quite pleasant with plenty of walking paths near the main touriost areas. Of course you can also hop into your car for a more speedy drive to whichever location you plan on going to. Other Things to Note: Please note in order to finalise your Booking, we will be sending you our Guest Check In form which will need to be completed, including uploading of your ID within 24 hours. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until we receive the completed form and it has passed our validation. If your form does not pass our validation, you may be asked to provide or re-submit some additional information. Once your Check In Form has been passed, your reservation will be FULLY CONFIRMED. If you do not complete your Check In Form within 24 hours, your reservation will be CANCELLED. IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: 1.
