The Space: The spacious apartment has an open living area with flat screen SMART TV, complete with free WIFI and Netflix. located on the ground floor with no steps to enter, and access to a single private lock-up garage. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook up a storm. With outdoor dining & BBQ, the patio provides the perfect place for you to sit back and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening meal. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed for you to melt away in, as well as an ensuite and a private outdoor area to offer a little parents retreat. The second bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed. The second bathroom has a shower/bath combo and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also conveniently located in the unit. The apartment is also equipped with a cot, high chair and stroller to make it a little easier on travelling families. This property has one car parking space with its own private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited. You are a few minutes walk to Ocean Street dining precinct, 15 min walk to cotton tree beach, 10 minute walk to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba. Getting Around: There is a great bus service right nearby which will take you all over the coast however most travelling with cars will find this unit easy to navigate the coast from.
