Welcome to a 4-bed, 3-bath lakefront haven on Lake Travis! This home has two levels of waterfront decks and access to a private dock with two boat slips, not to mention lake and Hill Country views from nearly every room. Bring your boat and your family! Plus there’s a pool table for a game of billiards and multiple living spaces for sprawling out. INSIDE THE HOME Up to 10 guests can sleep here in 4 bedrooms. There are two full bedroom suites, both with king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. The largest of the two has access to the lake-view sunroom. Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and one more has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total). This home has two living areas—one on each floor—both with flatscreen TVs and plenty of places to sink in for a nap or a movie. The downstairs living area has a pool table. For the little ones, we keep a Pack-n-Play in the bedroom closet. The spacious kitchen will be home to your unforgettable lake house meals. We have all appliances (including dishwasher and microwave) and lots of elbowroom for multiple cooks to work together. When it’s ready, head to the sunny dining area with seating for 6 in the sunroom, plus two extra bar stools. After dinner, grab one more glass of wine hit one of the two big decks to take in a Lake Travis sunset. Still hungry? The lower deck has a BBQ grill, too! THE LOCATION Our waterfront location provides ample opportunities for boating, fishing, and feeding the ducks…all in your backyard. Bring your own boat—there are two boat slips waiting for you!—or rent one at a nearby boat rental. Want to check out the amenities of downtown Austin? It’s just a 35-minute drive away (depending on traffic). Go to a show at Austin City Limits, take a jog around Zilker Park, eat some life-changing Tex-Mex or BBQ at one of Austin’s food trucks, then head back home to your quiet Hill Country escape! We are located in Volente Villiage Directly across the cove from VIP Marina, Volente Waterpark, and The Shore Club making this an ideal vacation spot with lots of activities for the whole family to do. You can bring your boat or rent boats/jet ski's at the Marina right across from us. Also Zip Lining Lake Travis only 2 miles from us. The Oasis Restaurant is only 10 minutes from us as well. We are ideally located only 25 mins from Austin and 35 min's to Downtown and South Congress area. The closest area on Lake Travis to the city and surrounding areas. By Boat we are in the perfect spot only a few minutes to Devils Cove and The Starnes Island is literally right across the cove from us. The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults. Parking notes: The house and front door are easy to see as soon as you pull into the driveway. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
