LIVING AREA Make yourself at home in an open living area that boasts all new furnishings and hardwood flooring. Relax with a movie on the 42” flat-screen TV. There’s ample seating on a plush couch, two rockers, and two comfy armchairs. KITCHEN & DINING In the modern kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. A full suite of kitchen appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. At mealtime, there’s seating for eight at the dining room table, and room for two more at the kitchen bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Find restful quiet in a master bedroom, furnished with a stately king-size bed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
